Phone calls and our AI voice assistant

When you call us, your call may be answered by an automated AI voice assistant named "Maya" rather than a live person. Maya can answer questions about our services and help you book an on-site assessment. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so that we can schedule appointments, follow up with you, keep accurate records, and improve our service. Text messages

If you provide your phone number, we may send you text messages about your appointments, quotes, follow-ups, and (if you agree) review requests. We collect the content of messages you send us and the phone number you message us from. See Section 5 for our full text messaging terms.

Message frequency varies depending on your activity with us.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After you reply STOP, we will stop sending you non-essential text messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We will not share your phone number or text messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Call Recording and AI Assistant Disclosure

When you call us, you may be told at the start of the call that the call may be recorded and that you may be speaking with an automated AI assistant. By continuing the call after that notice, you consent to the call being recorded and handled by our AI assistant. If you do not wish to be recorded or to speak with an automated assistant, please tell us, hang up, or contact us by email or our website form instead.

We use recordings and transcripts only to book and manage appointments, follow up with you, keep accurate records, train and improve our assistant, and run our business.

Is the estimate really free?

Yes, completely free and zero pressure. We'll come take a look at your property, talk through what you're looking for, and give you a clear number before any work begins.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Not at all. We operate on flexible scheduling with no long-term commitments required. Book what you need, when you need it.

What towns do you serve?

We primarily serve Lowell, Dracut, Chelmsford, Tewksbury, and Billerica. If you're outside of this area, just give us a call, and we'll let you know if we can help.

What months do you operate?

We run from early spring through late fall, typically April through November. We time our seasonal clean-ups to line up with New England's schedule so your yard is ready when the weather is.

Do I need to be home when your crew comes?

No. As long as we can access the areas we're working on, you don't need to be there. Many of our customers are at work while we handle everything.

How far in advance do I need to book?

It varies by time of year. Spring is our busiest season, so earlier is better. 

Can I book just a one-time clean-up, or do I have to commit to regular visits?

One-time jobs are totally fine. We do plenty of single-visit clean-ups, seasonal jobs, and one-off hardscaping or softscaping projects with no expectation of ongoing service.

What's the difference between softscaping and hardscaping?

Softscaping covers the living elements like plants, sod, flower beds, trees, and shrubs. Hardscaping covers the built elements like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and stonework. Most full-yard transformations involve both.
